Career Day Inc. was honored to return to The Summit School for the third consecutive year, continuing our shared mission of empowering neurodiverse students through meaningful career exploration and inspiration. Each visit to Summit reminds us why we do what we do—to help every student recognize their unique strengths, talents, and potential to thrive.

This year’s program brought together over 140 students for a day filled with purpose, encouragement, and connection. The event celebrated individuality, highlighting that success comes in many forms—and that every student’s journey is both powerful and personal.

We were especially grateful to welcome Eric Miller, Career Development Coach and Founder of North Star Advisors Inc., as our keynote speaker. With heartfelt honesty and professional insight, Eric shared his experiences guiding individuals toward fulfilling careers. His message resonated deeply, reminding students that self-discovery, confidence, and persistence are key to building a future that aligns with who they are.

Throughout the day, students had the opportunity to engage with professionals from a variety of fields, gaining valuable perspectives and practical advice. Together, they explored how passion, perseverance, and curiosity can open doors to countless possibilities.

We are deeply thankful to the Summit School administration, faculty, and students for their warmth, enthusiasm, and continued partnership. Each year, their commitment to fostering inclusion and celebrating student potential makes this program a truly special experience.
